Other lash serum brands use a compound group called prostaglandins to stimulate your eyelashes. Some of the common ones include:

• Prostaglandins

• Isopropyl chloroprostenate

• Dechloro Dihydroxy Difluoro Ethylcloprostenolamide

According to the Mayo Clinic, here are some of the side effects of prostaglandins:

1. Color changes in the skin around the eyes

2. Redness, burning, dry, or itching eyes

3. Redness, pain, swelling of the eye, eyelid, or inner lining of the eyelid

We DO NOT use any prostaglandins in our products. We do not consider it a clean beauty approved ingredient and we advise caution when using products that contain any ingredient with "prost" in the name.
